Editorial policy
Published October 4, 2026 · WriteHero editorial team
We publish guides and free tools to help people make and check a specific LinkedIn decision. WriteHero sells a writing product, so our recommendations include that commercial interest. A product mention is not evidence that it is the right choice for every reader.
Sources and changing platform facts
For platform limits and controls, we link to LinkedIn’s own help where available. We distinguish official limits from working presets and design suggestions. Interfaces, entitlements and regional availability can change; the current LinkedIn interface remains the final check for a post, document or scheduled item.
Publishing-time studies are observational samples, not promises about your audience. We state the source, year and relevant limits, then provide a way to compare your own posts at the same observation age.
Examples, AI and product testing
Illustrative examples are not customer results. A real quoted review must retain its source and context; it does not establish typical performance. AI may assist research, drafting and translation. Automated checks and agent reviews do not substitute for a native speaker’s or a qualified professional’s approval.
We do not describe a vendor comparison as a hands-on test unless we have that evidence. Generated drafts need the user’s factual and editorial review before publishing. A working mocked-browser test verifies the interaction, not the quality of a live model output.
Product facts and freshness
Own-product prices in price-bearing articles come from the same runtime pricing source as our public pricing cards. Currency, billing interval and checkout conditions matter. Final price and taxes are shown before purchase. Trial length and plan entitlements have shared code-owned sources.
A material change to a method, source, offer, requirement or page navigation updates the page’s modification date. A navigation update is not a fresh editorial review of every claim. Deploying code alone does not make an unchanged article newly reviewed. Platform changes, product-language changes and policy updates trigger a review of affected references.
Languages and legal documents
Localized guides should resolve a native-language job, not simply repeat English keywords. Where the workspace remains English, we disclose that before signup. Localized legal summaries or convenience translations identify their English reference and do not themselves demonstrate qualified legal approval.
Corrections
Send the page URL, the disputed claim and a supporting source to [email protected]. We review actionable corrections against the source and product behavior. We do not promise a response time we cannot verify.
