These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website writehero.io and related services operated by SHIFT LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered at 5, street 17, Argel, Nor Hachn, Kotayk region, 2404, RA. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

General Terms

By accessing and ordering from WriteHero through writehero.io you agree to these terms. The Company disclaims liability for damages from using or inability to use site materials. WriteHero reserves the right to modify pricing and usage policies at any time.

Service Description

WriteHero provides an AI-powered LinkedIn content generation platform available through writehero.io. The platform analyzes your writing voice and generates LinkedIn posts that match your style. Additional features include post scheduling, publishing, and media attachments.

License

WriteHero grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our platform strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Agreement Scope

These Terms constitute a contract between you and WriteHero. Violation may result in account cancellation or access blocking without notice.

Subscriptions and Billing

WriteHero offers a free trial with a limited number of posts, as well as paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Paddle. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your location.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using WriteHero, including generated posts. WriteHero does not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to LinkedIn or any other platform.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Commercially exploit, license, sell, or reverse engineer the platform
• Remove proprietary notices or create derivative works
• Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Share account credentials with third parties

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

WriteHero uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. WriteHero is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

WriteHero integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn and payment processors. WriteHero is not responsible for third-party service availability, content accuracy, or policy changes. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

Your Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to WriteHero may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution.

These Terms apply only to services provided by WriteHero through writehero.io. The Company is not responsible for external website content, accuracy, or policies.

This agreement continues until terminated by either party. WriteHero may suspend or terminate access without reason or notice. Immediate termination occurs upon policy violation. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WriteHero and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the platform, agreement violations, or third-party rights infringement.

No Warranties

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with other systems.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the services. WriteHero is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to accomplish its objectives while remaining provisions continue in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive jury trial rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms supersede all prior agreements and constitute the complete understanding between parties.
