• LinkedIn profile URL and public profile data (during onboarding)
• Content you create, edit, or generate within WriteHero
• Billing information (processed by Paddle, our payment processor)

• Pages visited and actions taken within the platform

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve WriteHero's content generation services
• To analyze your writing voice and personalize AI-generated content

• To schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf

LinkedIn Data

When you connect your LinkedIn account, we access your public profile information and use it to analyze your writing voice. We use a third-party integration (Zernio) to schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf. We do not access your LinkedIn connections, private messages, or any non-public data.

AI Processing

Your writing samples and profile data are processed by AI models (Claude by Anthropic) to generate content matching your voice. We log generation metadata (token counts, model used) for service improvement. Your content is not used to train AI models.

Sharing with Third Parties

We share your information only with:

• Paddle — our payment processor, for billing and subscription management
• Zernio — for LinkedIn post scheduling and publishing
• Anthropic — for AI content generation (content sent for generation only)
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• Analytics providers — PostHog, Google Analytics (anonymized usage data)

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, analytics, and functionality. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure database hosting, and access controls. Payment information is processed by Paddle and never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
