30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all WriteHero subscriptions. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us — Send an email to [email protected] with your account email and, optionally, the reason for your request (not required).
2. Processing — We will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The timing of the refund appearing on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider.

After the 30-Day Period

After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are not available. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. A new 30-day refund window does not apply to renewal charges. If you do not wish to be charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
